By accessing and using the Movie Magic iOS application, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

You agree to use Movie Magic only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or servers connected to it
• Use the app to transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious software

Intellectual Property

The Movie Magic app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Movie Magic and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Movie data is provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) and is used under their terms of service. Movie Magic is not affiliated with or endorsed by TMDB.

User Content

You may be able to save movies, create watchlists, and store preferences within the app. You retain all rights to your user content, but you grant us a license to use, store, and process this content to provide the app services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Movie Magic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.

Changes to the App
